head coach

(one opening)

Our head coach is tasked with working alongside the director to run the day-to-day camp experience and coordinate all coaching progression for the campers. We are looking for a person to add their unique skills and perspective to our program and help propel us forward as a watersports destination.

  • Characteristics: responsible, fun, able to wield some authority with minimal ego.

  • Skills: experienced wake boat operator and advanced-level ability in at least two of our three sports (wakeboard, waterski, wakesurf).

  • Qualifications: we will help obtain your NH Commercial Operator license as well as pay for you to become Red Cross Lifeguard certified.

  • Requirements: at least 18 years old with a clean criminal record, valid driver’s license and availability from mid-June 2026 to mid-August 2026.

  • Pay and Perks

    • $900 to $1,200 per week (depending on experience) for 8 to 10 weeks plus tips and hourly pay for private lessons.

    • Full room and board (lakeside lodging with all meals, snacks and desserts prepared by our private chef)

    • Tons of riding time behind our boats!

Coach / counselor

Water Monkey coaches are the heart of our program! They are the life of the party, funny, fun, talented and always down for a good time. Coaches live, eat, work and play with the campers all summer and are rewarded with great pay and lots of riding time to continue to train / progress their skills.

  • Characteristics: responsible, fun, team player

  • Skills

    • Boat driving experience (wake or other) is required

    • Intermediate to advanced-level ability in at least one of our three sports (wakeboard, waterski, wakesurf).

  • Qualifications: we will help obtain your NH Commercial Operator license as well as pay for you to become Red Cross Lifeguard certified.

  • Requirements: at least 18 years old with a clean criminal record, valid driver’s license and availability from mid-June 2026 to mid-August 2026.
