The Experience

Whether you are a total beginner or have been shredding the wake since you could walk, Water Monkey has a place for you. Our coaches create a custom instruction plan for each camper, allowing every individual to progress at their own pace in waterskiing, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing. Throughout their stay, coaches are right there with the campers, guiding them on the water, keeping things fun and making sure everyone is having an epic experience from start to finish. Campers also learn from their peers as they ride together, cheer each other on and share the stoke of being on the water. This is a sleepaway camp like no other!

THE LAKE

All of this fun would not be possible without our amazing lake. Located in the ‘Lakes Region’ of New Hampshire just two hours from Boston, Massachusetts, Merrymeeting Lake is the picturesque setting for Water Monkey. It is big enough to get some great lines for pulling skiers and boarders yet not built up and trafficked like bigger, busier lakes. That makes for glassy conditions, crystal clear water and increased safety for everyone involved.

Our ROOTS

Founder and director Evan Goldner developed the idea for Water Monkey Camp after years of running a large, all-around summer camp in New Hampshire. He had always had a passion for teaching watersports out on the lake and wanted to create an alternative to the structured, ‘traditional’ camps that most families know. By emphasizing small group sizes, the best new boats and gear and an idyllic location on the shores of a pristine lake, campers are able to vastly advance their watersports skills while building self-confidence and improving social abilities. 

HOW TO ENROLL

  1. Pick out the week(s) that fits your summer schedule

  2. Download, Print and Fill Out the Enrollment Form

  3. Email or snail mail the enrollment form to:
    Water Monkey Camp, 70 Barrington Dr, Bedford, NH 03110

  4. Include your deposit payment of $1,575 (per week) with the enrollment form. We accept checks, Venmo (@Evan-Goldner) or CC (3.5% fee)

  5. We will send an email confirmation of your camp enrollment and you are all set!
